Welcome to my body language website that enables me to delve into the fascinating topic of how we wordlessly communicate certain things through body movements, poses and gestures.

I'm Daisy Ruff and I'm fascinated by the way in which we humans manage to silently communicate with each other through postures and gestures without uttering a single word!

It's also fascinating how women are generally very adept at picking up those unspoken signals from other people and able to decode the message without giving it any thought, while men generally miss a lot of what is being broadcast, especially by women who are trying to get their attention!

I have spent a lot of time analyzing this process and I like to write about what I've learned over time, so I can share my knowledge and findings with others.
