The purchase information section of the tool detail provides the following information:

• Purchase Order Number - used to purchase the tool asset
• Cost Center - department / location charged for tax accounting purposes
• Purchase Date - date in which tool asset was purchased
• Purchase Price - field available only if authorized to see
• Tool Maker
• COCD - company code
• Class - to track transactions for accounting purposes
• Capital Project Number - the capital project number associated with the purchase of the asset
• Capitalization Date - default asset value date when the first acquisition of the asset is posted
• Deactivation Date - date in which asset was retired
• Drawing - identification number of the drawing of the asset
• Product Group Code - categorization code and description to help with planning, recording and consolidation
• Requisitioner - person authorized to purchase the tool
• Commodity Code - standard classification codes for products and services used to detail where money is spent within a company
• Tax Location ID - business personal property location tax identification number
