Tools that have been previously linked to a production family may need to be removed for the following reasons:

• the tool was mistakenly linked to the wrong production family
• or the tool is no longer being used by the production family

To remove  tools from a production family:

1. Using the Capacity menu from the top navigation menu, access the appropriate production family where the tool is being used. 
2. Click the magnifying glass to access the details of the production family.
3. Click Remove Tools.
