Find Missing MRP Area Item Records

After a new item has been attached to a broadcast position, to complete the process of being able to sequenced that item, information about where the item will be supplied from, where the item is being shipped to and where the item is to be staged needs to be defined.  This information will reside in the MRP Area Item and MRP Area Supplying Items records for each sequenced item.

Find Missing MRP Area Records locates sequenced delivery records missing a corresponding MRP Area Item and MRP Area Supplying Items records. If any of these MRP Area records have not been found, the system can generate these records using the defaults values stored in the TBD records. 


To find missing MRP Area record information for sequenced items:

  1. Access Sequence Deliveries.
  2. Click Find Missing MRP Area Records.

     



  1. Click Edit on a broadcast position that appears.



  1.  Click View Items on the Sequenced Delivery Details session that appears.
  1.  Click Validate New Parts and Create Defaults from TBD.
