The standard Unit of Measure table included with the application comprises of two standardized systems of measurement, the  "SI" Metric System of Measurement and the US Standard System of Measurement.  Whenever a calculation has to be performed in the application with measurements that use different units, a conversion will take place using the standard Unit of Measure table.  If the application attempts to make a conversion during a calculation and the correct conversion factor is not available for the dissimilar units, an entry will be made in the Item Unit of Measure table.

To access the Standard Unit of Measure table:

1. Using the Advanced menu, click Item Planning > Units of Measure.
