The kanban loop size is a rounded up value that defines the number of containers needed to meet the requirements of the maximum peak daily demand that occurs in the planning horizon.

Three Kanban loop values are available:

1. Imported ERP Kanban (Current Loop Size)
2. Standard FMRP Kanban 
3. Maximum Kanban 

To display Kanban calculations on the Point of Use Details sections of the Product Data Sheet, select Show Kanban Loops.

Standard Kanban Loop values:

• Will be populated with value "9999" if any values need for calculating the standard loop Kanban size are missing.
• Will be highlighted in yellow if the calculated value does not match the last stored value.
