Defining Broadcast Positions
Previous Topic  Next Topic

Broadcast positions on a printed or displayed broadcast sheet can contain a:

  1. Broadcast code needed for special operator instruction.
  2. Sequence rack and slot number to identify where a sequenced item is stored.

Once defined, these broadcast positions will become available in the drop down menu on the broadcast code session. This is a prerequisite to linking a broadcast position to a broadcast code.  Broadcast positions with a sequenced position defined is required for all items that will use a sequenced delivery method. Note: If the sequenced position is defined, the Broadcast code will not print, only the Slot Number on the sequenced rack will be shown.
