Generating an Access Report
An Access Report displays a list of the scanned files on the network based on the time they were last accessed. The report is based on a specified interval (days, weeks, months, or years).
To view the Access Report:
1. On the Tools menu, point to LAN Storage Discovery, and then click Access.
2. To specify a report interval, click New Report., and then do the following:
a) Click Add.
b) Select the color that you want to view in the graph for the report.
c) In the Modified Time box, enter a report interval.
NOTE: To remove a report interval, select the interval, and then click Remove.
d) In the Share box, specify if you want to view all shares or a specific share.
e) Click OK.
3. To view the report by size, select View by size.
4. To view the report by number of files, select View by number of files.
5. Click Close.
