Generating a File Size Report
A File Size Report displays a list of the largest scanned files on the network and allows you to search for duplicates.
To generate a File Size Report:
1. On the Tools menu, point to LAN Storage Discovery, and then click Large Files.
2. In the Select Top box, enter the number of the top largest files you want to view.
3. To search for the largest files that are duplicated, select the Duplicated at least check box, and then enter the number of times the file must be duplicated.
4. In the Share box, specify if you want to view all shares or a specific share.
5. Click Find.
6. Click Close.
