Activating the multitenant feature
To use the multitenant functionality, you must enable the multitenant feature. Only an administrator can enable the multitenant feature.
To activate the multitenant feature:
1. Click Setup menu, click Configuration.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. In the Category box, select Miscellaneous.
4. In the Parameter box, select Multitenant.
5. In the Value box, select Yes.
6. Click OK.
DS-Client enters multitenant mode. Existing backups that have not been categorized under any customer are displayed under Unspecified Customer.
