The multitenant feature allows you to assign a backup to a specific customer when creating a new backup or updating the properties of an existing backup. When you assign a backup to a customer, the backup is displayed under the customer name in the backups tree.

By default, administrators and backup operators have access to all existing customers in DS-Client and can assign backups to these customers as required. Regular users only have access to customers within their own group or to customers who have been assigned to them by an administrator.
