Activating the multitenant feature

Using premium backup and recovery services : Multitenant DS-Clients : Activating the multitenant feature

To use the multitenant functionality, you must enable the multitenant feature. Only an administrator can enable the multitenant feature.

1. Click Setup > Configuration. The DS-Client Configuration screen appears.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. From the Category drop-down list, select Miscellaneous.

4. From the Parameter drop-down list, select Multi-Tenant.

5. From the Value drop-down list, select Yes.

6. Click Apply.

DS-Client enters multitenant mode. In the Backup Sets tree, existing backup sets that have not been categorized under any customer are displayed under Unspecified Customer.
