Now would someone from the European Union offices please present themselves and explain what on earth they're thinking!?!
The EU is planning on introducing a Net tax. This nifty tax would make you pay per megabyte. So downloading a megabyte of Star Trek stories will cost the same as downloading songs played live by U2 live. You'd probably get about 1000 stories for 1 Mb compared to 2 minutes of music (if you're lucky!). Fair? Of course NOT.
But I just would like to ask whoever thought of this....How are you going to meter this and charge for this?
