They just don't get it do they?
We are all fed up with OJ Simpson, yet the newspapers continue to pour drivel about that snivelling little fool onto their front pages. Why oh why? Aren't there more important things? Threats to free speech for example. How many newspapers have given more than a passing reference to the US Communications Decency Act and all its implications? Or what about civil injustices in Rwanda or corruption in China? There are so many IMPORTANT issues, why should one man's sorry story fascinate the media? Not even the cheap tabloids should bother, yet even the broad sheets do.
Its a disgrace.
