Academic Enrichment

 

Cafeteria

LBA offers a cafeteria that serves a hot lunch and for students daily.  Students are welcome to bring their lunch from home.

 

Chapel

Students enjoy weekly chapel services where they learn exciting songs, hear life-changing Bible stories, and Bible character lessons.  Each spring a team of national Missionaries are able to visit our classes and chapels for missions emphasis week.  Every Wednesday, throughout the school year, students may submit money to collect for the missionary fund which is presented to these visiting missionaries.

 

Playgrounds

Our playground, an indoor children’s play area provides wonderful opportunities for physical exercise, recess, and Field Day each spring.

 

Before and After School Program

These services are available from 7:30 am-6 pm each day.  A hourly rate is charged.

 

Sports

In the fall, students in 4K – 5th Grade are invited to participate on LBA Intramural Soccer Teams work that cooperatively compete against each other.  Soccer teams are divided by ages.  These are exciting games to enjoy!

The Academy annually fields teams in a range of interscholastic sports at the Junior High level.

Interscholastic Sports Offered –  Elementary/Junior High/High School   Basketball and Elementary Soccer

A Physical Examination and Sports Medical Permission Form must be completed by a doctor and returned before athletic participation is allowed.
