so we put effort into preparing each
and every burger,” says Norbert Turek,
burger maestro at Bobby Burger’s
mobile unit. His boss, Bogumił “Bobby”
Jankiewicz, agrees: “Our goal has
always been to sell quality burgers
where there are lots of people but a
lack of good food.” What began as
a trailer catering for lunchtime office
crowds is now a brick-and-mortar
premises in the cool Powisle precinct.
We only cooperate with a small,
select group of suppliers and
carefully select each ingredient,” says
Norbert. “We strive for the perfect
balance between meat and fat to
prepare the most succulent and juicy
burgers that will blow your mind.”
You won’t find whimsically-named
items here, just a stripped-down menu
of four burger-on-bun creations, each
with a succulent beef patty and your
choice of melting cheese, crispy
bacon and sauces. “It’s important to
let the quality of the main ingredients
shine,” says Nobert.
