GET ACTIVE
For half an hour or more, you can hop on your
bike or brisk-walk around your area a few
times a week. You can even gather some of
your colleagues, friends or family members
together to enroll in a dance, yoga or aerobics
class. Studies show that people working out
with someone who shares the same health
goals are more likely to meet their goals and
lose the extra pounds.
You don’t have to pressure yourself too
much about “working out” either. In one
day, you can find the time to squeeze in
10-
minute activities at work and at home.
Take the stairs, walk during lunchtime, sweep
the floors, clean your room — use every
opportunity to keep moving.
IT’S NEVER TOO LATE
to get healthy. It isn’t
that hard either — just a few tweaks to your
lifestyle and routine can make a difference.
