The Siamese have a penchant for
artistry in their everyday lives. Be it the
simple food styling of a humble street
vendor, or the intricate lines drawn
by a
benjarong
ceramic craftsman,
these gave the PhotoTrekkers plenty
of interesting details to record. One of
our shooters in particular — newbie
Kathleen Romero — got to know her
camera’s macro mode well.
At first I thought I was shooting too
close to my subjects,” Kathleen says
during one of our photography critique
sessions. “But I couldn’t help myself —
I just love seeing all those rich details!”
