Through masterclasses and workshops, art students and underprivileged children
learn how to create puppets for a colorful parade that begins at 7pm. They
will pass by the Old Market area, the Old Town and River Road, and the Royal
Independence Gardens opposite Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor. Other children’s
organizations in Cambodia will also join the event and make puppets of their
own, which can measure up to 30m.
