The tale of Cinderella gets a makeover,
starting with a different name for the
main character (Ashputtel, given that she
sleeps by the fire and near the ashes)
and a magical tree. But don’t worry — it’ll
still have the wicked stepmother and
stepsisters, and the prince. Staged by I
Theatre, this year-end production also
promises lots of music, drama, comedy
and adventure. Recommended for kids
aged three and above.
