What was it like working
with Kristen Stewart and
Charlize Theron?
It was amazing. I had my schedule — which
was supposed to be easy and simple, a few
things for the first few weeks — but then it all got
flipped around. They came and said, “Your first
day is tomorrow.” And that was the big scene
with Charlize. I was like, “I don’t even know that
scene. I haven’t learnt it.” It was supposed to be
at the end of the shoot. So all of a sudden there
was this mad scramble to kind of learn the lines.
I realized: Oh my God, how am I going to stand
opposite Charlize and pull this off? It’s a bat and
ball game. You throw it back and forth.
