This fire eater was part of a float in the
9th Gayon Bicol Festival of Festivals in
Legazpi City, Albay. The annual event
showcases all the festivals in the Bicol
region, and is a feature at the month-long
Magayon Festival in April. It ushers in
the summer season too.
