where waiters dressed as Katipuneros — a
secret society of Filipino patriots — serve
a selection of Filipino dishes with some
intriguing names.
INDULGE IN:
Perennial local favorites
are KKK’s specialty. Their Pinakbet ng
KKK (PHP155), Adobo ni Jake Espesyal
(
PHP290), Sinigang na Lechon (P480),
and Tilapia Medley (PHP250) are all hits,
as is the Kanin ng KKK (PHP150), their
version of paella.
