Venetian Macao...
The highly-anticipated
Titanic
and
The
Human Bodies
exhibitions have debuted
in the former Portuguese colony, and are
now drawing visitors to the Venetian Macao
Resort in the Cotai Strip. Both supported by
the Macau Government Tourist Office, the
exhibitions will run until February 24, 2013
between noon–8pm daily, at The Venetian
Macao’s CotaiExpo Hall F. Sponsored by
National Geographic Society.
Titanic The Exhibition
tells the epic story
of the famed ship’s maiden and only voyage,
through sensational room recreations and
replicas of authentic artifacts recovered
from over 4km below the surface of the
North Atlantic Ocean. Filled with dramatic
images and over 400 replica artifacts, the
exhibition is an interactive experience,
where visitors will receive a boarding
pass corresponding with a passenger on
the great ship so they can relate to the
individual story of that
person.
The Human Bodies
Exhibition
is one of the most
successful
exhibitions of
all time (over 30 million
people the world over have seen it) and
features over 200 individual organs
and full body specimens. Visitors can
move from gallery to gallery dedicated
to each function of the human system,
where fascinating information about
how the body works and how lifestyle
and the environment can affect every
part of the human body is given. The
