1950s. Shop hours are
erratic, but if you’re lucky
enough to find it open,
prepare for hours of fun,
digging through some
truly strange and beautiful
toys from yesteryear.

CAFÉ TAMAR
, known
for attracting local
artists, poets and
thinkers since it
opened in 1941 –
it’s even been sung
about. Some of the
regulars have been
coming for over 40
years, but the new
influx of hipsters love
it too, making for a fun
