HIGH JUMP
“There are two resorts in the area. The original one is based around Voss and has a gondola
going to the mountain top directly from the town centre. Then there’s Myrkdalen, a new
resort 20 minutes away. This is where all of these shots were taken. This jump, for instance,
was an off-piste area that we found by traversing across the slopes. The further you go from
the main pistes, the fewer trees there are and it’s possible to ski right down into the resort in
winter. I also did this jump later in the day. I didn’t fall either.”
