Know someone who is afraid of flying or want to
overcome your own fear? Help is at hand.
our fearless flyer courses
, run by Lawrence Leyton from
Channel 4’s
Fear of Flying
and supported by an easyJet captain,
are rolling out nationwide to help hundreds to face their fears
and ultimately change their lives for the better.
The two-part programme begins with an evening seminar,
where Leyton explains the cause of most fears, before teaching
proven techniques to help control them. Phobics are then
encouraged to put all they’ve learnt to practise during the
second part – the Experience Flight – where an easyJet captain
provides running commentary to ensure everyone is at ease.
Courses cost £179, including the experience flight (take a
companion for just £69), and are run regularly across the UK.
