safety onboard
Please consider your fellow
passengers and also pay attention to
the information below. Our cabin crew
will be happy to answer any questions
that you may have. Please remember
that they are on board primarily for
your safety, but also for your comfort.
Smoking
Smoking on any easyJet flight is strictly
forbidden. This includes the use of
electronic cigarettes.
Alcohol
Alcoholic drinks are
available on board as
detailed in our retail
brochure. These are
served at the crew’s discretion to
passengers of legal drinking age. While on
board, you are only permitted to consume
alcoholic drinks purchased from the easyJet
Bistro. It is an offence under Section 19 of
the Air NavigationOrder 2010 (Prohibited

The cabin crew reserve the right to stop
serving alcohol to any passenger who is
or appears to be drunk. Duty-free alcohol
can be purchased from the easyJet
Boutique (subject to route), but cannot be
consumed on board.
Your conduct on board

law, the Captain is in command of the
aircraft and every person on board shall
obey his or her lawful commands. Captains
have the authority to take any actions they
deemnecessary tomanage passengers
who are disruptive or cause problems
during flights, under the Prohibited
Behaviour regulations quoted above. Our
primary concern is for the safety of our
passengers and crew. We have a zero-
tolerance policy with regard to passengers
who are verbally or physically disruptive
towards any other person on board the
aircraft. Crew are trained to deal with
any such situations and will always put
the safety of the aircraft, crew and other
passengers first.

any safety equipment on board this aircraft,
including the life jackets. Any such actions
may jeopardise the safety of other

Hand baggage
Please ensure that your cabin baggage
remains safely stowed for take-off and
landing, and at any time as instructed by
the crew. Place small bags under the seat
in front of you (unless you are seated in an
emergency exit row); larger items must
go in the overhead lockers. Place your bag
securely in the locker and take care when
opening lockers, as falling items may injure
your fellow passengers.
Sharps boxes
Hypodermic needles are
permitted on board for
medical use and should
always be disposed of in
a sharps box. If you need to dispose of
a needle or other sharp item, please
contact a member of the cabin crew.

Aviation Authority
safety regulations,
the use of devices for
messaging, calls or internet access
must remain switched off once aircraft

games. Devices that have a flight-
safe mode can be used, provided this
is enabled before the aircraft doors
are closed. Any devices with built-in
WLAN/wi-fi can be used, provided
that the WLAN/wi-fi is switched
off prior to the doors being closed.
All devices must be switched off
for take-off and landing.
