Fill your tall glass with ice. Pour in
40ml of METAXA 5 Stars. Top up with
chilled tonic water and garnish with a
slice of fresh orange.

Put two teaspoons of brown sugar,
20ml of lemon juice and 10 fresh mint
leaves into a tall glass. Add a quartered
lime and crush together. Add 40ml of
METAXA 5 Stars and soda water and
stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.
