Celebrating its 10th year,Miami gallerySpinelloProjectswill present the fourth
editionof Littlest Sister, amini art fair within thegallery that proprietorAnthony
Spinellofirst staged in 2007 to try to rope inpart of the crowdswhomaybe in town
for the art fairs but arenot necessarily coming togalleries. The title is a spinon the
pet name forArt BaselMiami Beach, sometimes referred to asArt Basel’s little sis-
ter. Spinello resurrectedLittlest Sister in 2009 and 2010, each timewith anew twist.
This year’s edition includes 10 solobooths byMiami-based, women-identifying
artists as a response to theunderrepresentationof females at art fairs and in the
greater art world.
