ABOUT ME
For the past 20 years I have worked in the Telecommunications/Networking industry, and I also have occasionally worked on projects in Web Developement and IP camera systems. I enjoy learning new things, finding ways to improve myself and believe that constant learning is important.
My experience includes Project Management, installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication systems to ensure seamless performance, and mitigating performance issues as they arise. With a commitment in achieving accurate and deadline-driven results, as well as providing top-notch customer service, I excel at planning efficient schedules and routes to maximize productivity. I have experience providing maintenance for telecommunication networks and making repairs as needed. I possess strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service while making sure the job is done right. My knowledge of the industry makes it possible to answer customer questions and to make recommendations on which type of system would suit the needs of the clients the best.

I am married with 4 children, youngest being three years old and my oldest is 18. My wife is my biggest supporter and best friend. She shares in my excitement even if she doesnt really understand what I am doing. She has been a blessing to me. My kids are a challenge to keep up with but I love it. Faith and family are very important to me and so I strive to do my best at work and I am committed to improving myself in every facet of life because of these two reasons.
Technology has interested me since I was in junior high school, that's when I got to use the computer for the first time around 1987. This and the movie "War Games" had an influence on my career choice. I still enjoy it and spend a good amount of time keeping up with new things. I worked as an IT Project Manager for 8 years. I learned alot of how everything works together and how vital a well performing network is to a school district, hospital or other entity. I believe that the high level view I had in that position will help me in my current and future job roles. I can understand why the client asks for certain things and I understand the financial constrains they have.
