You can use folders to organize triggers.
Before you begin
You must have permissions to create folders for triggers.
Procedure

Open a flowchart for editing.

Open the Options menu
and select Stored triggers.

Click New folder.

Name the folder and enter a descriptive note.

In the Create under list, select the folder in which to create the new
folder, or select None to create a top-level folder.
- If you are creating a top-level folder, select a security
policy.
A sub-folder automatically inherits its security
policy from its parent folder.
- Click Save.
