Deleting campaigns

When you delete a campaign, the campaign and all flowchart files are deleted.

About this task

If you want to keep portions of the campaign for reuse, save them as stored objects (templates) before you delete the campaign. If you delete a campaign with associated contact or response history records, all of the corresponding contact and response history records are deleted.
Important: Do not delete the campaign if you want to retain the associated contact and response history.

Procedure

  1. Choose Campaign > Campaigns and locate the campaign that you want to delete.
  2. Select the check box next to the campaign that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete .
    Important: If you attempt to delete a campaign that has contact or response history records, a warning message indicates that all corresponding contact and response history records will be deleted. If you want to retain the corresponding contact and response history, click Cancel.
  4. Click OK to permanently delete the campaign.

Results

The selected campaign is deleted.

Note: You can also delete a campaign while you view the campaign by clicking Delete.
