Ordering Process
Paperless Ordering:
• Paperless orders are submitted through

• The design must be converted to an MCE file before uploading through the Send an Order option in the Customer
Care drop down potion of the website.
• Consult
for a video tutorial and documents on how to trouble shoot Paperless Ordering, or

Faxed Orders:
• Must include: account number, Purchase Order, door styles, wood species, finish, cabinet construction, door profile,
and any other details pertinent to your order. There should be only one door style and finish on each Purchase Order.
• Orders are first come, first served- most orders are entered within 48 hours of receipt or less.
