Canceling an Order:
• Cancellations can be requested but are subject to approval from Customer Care.
How to Handle WarrantyClaims:
• Damage – if you or a customer received the product and the packaging is visibly damaged, request that the
driver open the package. The dealer and/or customer are then responsible for contacting customer care for
reordering if there is damage.
• Missing – process a replacement order as soon as the shortage is noticed.
• A faxed acknowledgement will be sent for replacement part orders.
• Must be within 90 days of receipt for damage, defect, or mis-built items
Delivery
Delivery Process
Store or Warehouse Delivery:
• Within 48 hours of order entry logistics will make contact to schedule the delivery date and 4 hour
appointment window.
End Customer Delivery:
• A home delivery fee is an additional cost on all orders that go directly to an end customer.
• Customer contact will receive a phone call within 48 hours of their order being entered to set up the delivery
date and time window.
As long as they own it, we warrant it. KraftMaid® cabinetry isn’t just a purchase, it’s an
investment. We believe in quality craftsmanship. We also believe that quality
craftsmanship should last a lifetime, not just a set number of years. Simply put, your
customer’s investment is protected as long as they own it. If you have a customer with
a warranty issue, please direct them to Customer Care at (888) 562-7744.
Order Confirmation:
Once an order has been received by KraftMaid, a faxed or emailed confirmation will follow approximately 2 business
days later.
If sent via Paperless ordering the invoice number will acknowledge immediately unless there is an issue and customer
care has to look at the order. You will get a notification that KraftMaid has received your order and to contact
customer care.
MonitoringYour Order:
• Open Order Reports are faxed twice a week to all stores (Tuesday and Friday evenings) detailing all open orders for
that account, regardless of whether they are in production or not.
• You can check the status of an order at any time by logging into
and going to the
MyOrders
portion of the
Customer Care
dropdown menu.
