welcome from coach daye Coach Daryl Daye is in his second season back at Missouri Southern after a two-year hiatus with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills. Coach Daye previously served as the defensive cooridinator for Southern for four seasons and was a head coach at Division I Nicholls State, as well. RESTORE THE ROAR! - BUILDING A TRADITION I want to personally welcome you to a new season of Missouri Southern football and I want to see each and every one of you entertained by this fine group of young men that you’ll see every Saturday. My coaches and I have tried hard to assembled a fine cast of superb student-athletes that we hope will bring both wins, as well as excitement back to Joplin. Our commitment is to the student-athlete, as well as the community, because without the community, the team doesn’t exist. We envision the best overall experience imaginable in NCAA Division II football and we need your support to help make that happen. So come out and be loud, be roudy and above all, have fun.
