It started with just a small shop in West London, selling car boot finds, vintage fabric and floral ironing board covers. Founded in 1993, Cath Kidston designs and produces her own prints and products giving vintage inspiration a modern twist. The first products were a flowery ironing board cover and rosy wallpaper. The designs were interesting and fresh; spots, strawberries, roses and cowboys. Cath soon became known for these signature prints with a hint of nostalgia. The company has come a long way from its simple beginnings, now they sell their products all over the world. Their style of modern vintage catches the hearts of many women who wants cheerful, practical products that bring smile and brighten up a down day.

The company has developed into a much-loved typically British lifestyle brand with a worldwide, multi-channel presence. Due to their creativity, witty and unique style, they have grown and able to put up over 200 stores and expand globally to approximately 16 different countries.
