I was so inspired by Kevin's (and a few other playhouses) that you have shared that I wanted to post the plans for the swing set arm to the playhouse.  This swingset can also be used freestanding.
It's pretty simple to build and I know you can figure this one out on your own, but since I was already drawing up plans for Grace's playhouse, I thought I would save you a little math and a little time. I would worry about lateral bracing if I was to do this - I would seriously consider adding boards (2x4 would probably do) criss-crossing top and bottom between the top and bottom stretchers on the playhouse on the same side as the swing would go on as the swing, in use, will put a LOT of lateral stress on the playhouse and possibly pull the whole thing down since there really isn't anything much keeping the house from going sideways. If you are looking for the ideal playset that will fit your family's needs and space, you need look no further. The following wood swing set models show you some of what's possible when you custom design your set - but the ultimate design is totally up to you.

This playset features a firefighter pole, climbing rope and wall, toddler slide and big kid slide, swing, and look-out tower.
This swing set model showcases a slide, climbing wall, tower, steering wheel, tire swing, rope and bucket, a rollicking roundabout rope ladder toy, a sky bridge, and more.
Rick Snowdon and his kids -- Phoebe, 10, Theo, 13, and Hank, 15 -- outside the playhouse Rick built in their backyard in Bexley. Phoebe Snowdon sits inside the playhouse her father, Rick Snowdon, built in their Bexley backyard. Clarke Cummings already had some DIY skills, but learning to build an entire house alongside his father-in-law through Habitat for Humanity prepared him for almost any project. For any time-consuming home project, Cummings stressed the importance of owning or renting the right tools, especially a framing nailer, for building a play structure of this size. Staring at two pine trees in the backyard of his Bexley home, Snowdon wondered if he could build a treehouse for his kids.

Still, it’s always a good idea to call your local building department before building since guidelines vary from suburb to suburb.
Rick Snowdon encountered some complaints while building his Bexley treehouse and amended his plans to remove windows that faced an adjacent lot and also lowered the roof height. It has many of the fun elements found in larger sets, but is arranged to fit into a tighter space. Instead of settling for a pre-fab swing set or playhouse-in-a-box, these two homeowners went the DIY route with fantastic results.
Make sure the header is level and if needed, dig with the shovel under the legs until the swing set header is level.
