Ana made me a perfect plan to match a beautiful upholstered headboard I found at Pottery Barn. We considered quite a few options when putting together these plans, but ultimately, felt a wood framed headboard would be the best accent for this platform bed. This is an amzing bed!My best friend built one by following your plan and it looks great.He also bought a Tempurpedic mattress and it is very comfortable. I put off this project for a couple of weeks as I was a little worried about pulling out all the staples that attached the original fabric to the headboard.
Once the stapling was complete I flipped the headboard over, and started on the next phase of the project.

I think it looks very adult and expensive, and it is a perfect partner to that great platform bed. I love all your plans and have recently gotten back into wood working after being away from it for more than 20 years.
