Refunds

All rental transactions are final. Essex Mini-Storage Inc. requires payment of a 2-month rental period upon move in. Single-month rental periods will begin once the minimum 2-month has been made. Once the 2-month minimum has been met, our refund policy is: from the 1st to the 5th of the month we will charge you a daily rate for each day you occupy the unit; from the 6th to the 15th of the month 1/2 month’s rent will be refunded; from the 16th to the end of the month, no refunds will be given.

All merchandise sales are final.
