Description

Source of Data

Subdivision plats, certified survey maps, condominium plats, deeds and metes and bounds descriptions recorded at the Waukesha County Register of Deeds.

Source of Map

Waukesha County currently completes parcel mapping using the above noted data for all communities in the county except cities of Brookfield, Muskego, New Berlin and Waukesha, which are mapped by each community.

Data Currency

4/30/2022. Plats are mapped during parcel mapping and generally reflect land division documents recorded up to 30 days before the current date. Plats for the cities of Brookfield, Muskego, New Berlin and Waukesha reflect documents recorded up to 60 days before the current date

Date of Mapping

Digital plat boundaries were mapped from 1998 to present.

Map Accuracy

+/- 3.3 feet in Menomonee Falls, New Berlin, Muskego and City of Oconomowoc. All other areas +/- 6.6 feet.
