Methodology This portfolio is a mutual fund and its holdings are determined by the fund's manager, Dodge & Cox. The investment seeks regular income, conservation of principal, and an opportunity for long-term growth of principal and income. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of equity securities and debt securities. It typically invests in companies that, in Dodge & Cox's opinion, appear to be temporarily undervalued by the stock market but have a favorable outlook for long-term growth.
