Hello Everyone,
Southern Winter L1 tournament week is upon us! Our tournament staff is excited and eager to host you and your families in Nashville this upcoming weekend. Please read this e-mail to entirety as it contains important information regarding the tournament.
Tournament Updates
The tournament homepage will be used to communicate tournament info, updates, weather updates, etc. Please check this page throughout the week as all relevant tournament info will be published to it. Important updates will also be sent out via e-mail, so please let us know if you prefer that we use a different e-mail address for you. E-mail is the preferred method of communication with the Tournament Director prior to the event.

For those that use the USTA mobile app, you must select
“Info” >> “All Items” >> toggle to Messages once you’re on the
tournament page.
Dates/Times/Schedule
First match times will be published to the tournament homepage by Thursday evening. Please note that match times are subject to change and all parties will be notified if a schedule change is made.
Matches will begin Saturday…we will NOT play any matches Friday evening. We hope to begin with doubles matches on Saturday, but the schedule will be largely dependent on weather. It should be noted that this event is sanctioned through Monday, which is a holiday.
The Southern Winter Level 1 events are sanctioned to be played outdoors, so please plan accordingly. With inclement weather in the forecast (thanks in advance for your patience!), we will use indoor courts for play throughout the weekend as necessary. Please note that satellite indoor courts may be used this weekend, which will be indicated on the draw with directions posted on the tournament home page.

Partners
Please check the competitor’s list to make sure your child is paired with the correct doubles partner. Please write Tyler Strong an e-mail if you would for the tournament to try to pair your child to be randomly paired with another player that needs a partner. We cannot guarantee, but we will do our best to pair your child with someone also looking for a partner. All doubles partner pairings must be requested/submitted by 5:00 EST on Tuesday, Jan. 15th.
