World–leading Indian chef and humanitarian Vikas Khanna is an award winning Indian chef, food writer and humanitarian. His culinary journey started in Amritsar, India where he learned the intricacies of Indian cuisine from his grandmother.

In the Masterclass, Chef Tony will demonstrate how to prepare 5-star quality dishes using fresh ingredients purchased at the market.

Takagi comes from a culinary family: his mother was a culinary school instructor and became his mentor in Kyoto cuisine.
His extensive TV appearances include the Martha Stewart Show and he is host of MasterChef India. He quickly realised his passion for cooking Thai cuisine and has since opened successful restaurants in New York, Barcelona and his home town, Bangkok.
He perfected his art in award winning restaurants such as Rockpool, Sydney’s Harbour Kitchen & Bar and Singapore’s Mezza9.
Sam has had the honour of cooking for world luminaries including royal families, presidents and prime ministers. Chef Takagi’s ambition was clear to him from an early age; he knew he wanted to be a chef from the age of three! He’s created dishes that Italians love; both traditional trattoria-style and new ones shaped by his personal culinary journeys in Italy. His New York restaurant, Junoon was awarded a Michelin star and he was also voted ?New York’s Hottest Chef’.
