IMPORTANT NOTICE

Many issues related to these themes can be solved without contacting support.

  1. Missing Stylesheet Error

If you receive the "Missing Stylesheet" error when installing, it is highly likely
that you tried to install the entire download zip file and NOT the actual theme itself.
Look in the zip file you are trying to install by double-clicking it. Often, you'll see
another zip file inside, and that is your theme. To confirm this, open that second zip
file and look for a file called "style.css." If the zip file contains a "style.css" it
is usually the theme zip file, and you can install it without any trouble.

  2. Content Appears To Be Missing

These themes are provided to allow you to quickly setup the bones of a website, usually
in just a few minutes. Client-specific content, including images, will still need to be
created and added for your clients. This is one of the reasons why your clients are paying
you to do this work for them. Content is not included because duplicate content will see
you or your client get a search penalty from Google.

  3. Custom Artwork And Styling

Each WordPress Theme includes pre-styling and layouts. If you want to have a custom style
or layout scheme, it will require the editing of the page and/or customization of the
style.css file. This will require knowledge of PHP and CSS - otherwise known as cascading
style sheets. If you do not know PHP/CSS, you can find a web developer who does on fiverr
who can make the changes you or your clients want for cheap. You then bill your customer
for these changes. Generally, you not need to provide customization as these themes do
not require it, however, the option is there for you if you do.

  4. Upload Limit Reached Error

Occasionally, and with certain web hosts, you may try to install a theme and receive
an error that indicated the file is too large. This is often because your webhost has
limited or did not set a proper upload limit. Contact your webhost and ask them to
"increase the php upload limit" for your hosting package. They should do this at no charge.

  5. Best Practice

When working with WordPress, it is a good practice to setup a demo site on your own domain
and practice installing, customizing, and configuring these themes. Each theme includes
documentation, so be sure to read / study that material. If you are unfamiliar with WordPress,
the best way to increase your skills is to touch and play with this software. If you can't
be bothered, then there are WordPress outsourcers on fiverr who will be happy to install
and configure your sites for around $5 to $20.
