I feel pressure to be slim and toned and get upset when I put on the slightest amount of weight even if I am happy with other parts of my life. I just found your blog, and I have had so much fun reading all your posts and seeing all your lovely pictures.Your attitude on physical beauty and a healthy lifestyle have really inspired me to stop trying to be as tiny as possible and just refocus on living healthy.
