Ok, so you load up on carbs (pasta) that will spike your blood sugar levels and give you cravings, only to cut out a hugely nutritious option: avocado.
Now I’m not telling you to avoid fruit but I am most definitely suggesting that you should tip the balance pretty massively in favour of vegetables.

Nevertheless let’s make one thing clear: unrefined carbs = sudden raise in blood sugar levels = followed by massive drop = followed by hunger pangs = culminating in the scoffing of an emergency pack of biscuits!
