These weekly meetings contain a mix of different elements  - all of which are designed to deepen our understanding and experience of Mindfulness in a gentle, uncomplicated and easy-to-understand way. This week we will be joined by another fantastic Guest Speaker - cognitive therapist, Mindfulness expert (and colleague of Mark Williams) and renowned Mindfulness trainer, Tim Sweeney. Tim is a qualified psychiatric practitioner and CBT therapist who is currently employed as the clinical lead for Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) within the Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust. Tim will give us a talk drawing on his extensive experience and expertise with Mindfulness and MBCT, and he will also take questions from the Group (about Mindfulness generally or about anything arising from his talk). In addition, this Thursday's meeting will also include some other periods of group meditation (which will be lead so that everyone shares in the same meditation experience, and to help those who are new to meditation).

This is fortnightly group that meets at East Gosford for those interested in living a better quality, healthy and happy life using Mindfulness based Meditation practices. Every Wednesday evening, we will gather for a guided meditation using the Basic Mindfulness system, followed by discussion and closing meditation.
