An ideal weekend to let go of the stresses and strains of everyday life and to let go into a very peaceful and tranquil environment with a gifted teacher and share some time with like minded people. This November 2013 Hatha yoga retreat weekend provides a lovely and nurturing space with time to let go of everyday commitments and tune into your self.
We develop an openness and a freedom of both body and mind through gentle yet sometimes challenging yoga, breathing exercises, sitting meditation and having fun on this Hatha yoga weekend. This November Hatha yoga retreat is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners  and aims to relax, centre and energize you.


We only have a maximum of 15 people on each retreat, so even if you are a teacher or a very experienced practitioner, you will be given adjustments and information suitable for you own level. This November weekend retreat will be reasonably gentle, but will also challenge each person to work with the postures to their own ability. There is no comparison made between retreat participants, and this retreat is suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Through progressive classes of practice you will find that the body opens up and you will be able to improve and deepen your practice over the weekend. The Burren is a very magical place on the west coast of Ireland, and this time spent in Nature is a very important aspect of letting go any cares or worries and these walks are like food for the soul. This will include instructions on how to use the props to find a comfortable sitting position, and also will include an introduction to meditation for complete beginners.


The classes will include both gentle and also some challenging yoga postures, breathing exercises, sitting meditation and also having fun on this hatha yoga weekend. Gabi trains yoga teachers so even if you are teaching, you will gain a lot from this weekend.
