This is such a pretty little book with lots of nice colourful pictures on each page, it's a joy to read. When I read books 2-5, it was abundantly clear that there are better books on the subject than this one. It is written as an inspirational book to fill the reader's mind with positive thoughts, with the intention of helping the reader to change their life for the better.


This year has started out a bit rocky for me, but I need to remember (and this book is helping me do so) that I control my own happiness. It's a how-to book in the broadest sense of the term - that is, how to be, do, or have anything that pleases you. I would imagine it would be confusing without the knowledge and background I have learned through Esther & Jerry Hicks books.
